We’re seeking an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to help us expand our revenue streams through affiliate partnerships that align with our values and serve our audience effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and evaluate affiliate programs relevant to seniors (e.g., medical alert systems, hearing aids, travel deals, insurance)
  • Maintain and update affiliate links throughout the site using best practices for tracking.
  • Coordinate with the editorial team to recommend affiliate content opportunities (top 10s, reviews, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and report on conversions and revenue trends
  • Ensure all recommendations are ethical, practical, and disclosed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with affiliate programs (Amazon Associates, ShareASale, CJ, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content monetization strategies
  • Analytical mindset and comfort reviewing data and dashboards
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Bonus: familiarity with health, finance, or lifestyle content for older adults

Compensation

$25–$40 per hour, depending on experience. 5–10 hours per month to start, with growth potential.
