About Suddenly Senior
Suddenly Senior is developing a podcast featuring lively conversations with older adults, thought leaders, and cultural icons over 55 years old. We’re looking for a Podcast Guest Booker to help us find interesting people with stories worth sharing—whether they’re experts, entertainers, or everyday seniors with extraordinary wisdom.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and research potential guests for our senior-focused podcast
- Pitch the podcast and schedule interviews via email or social media
- Coordinate booking details (tech needs, bios, headshots, scheduling)
- Maintain a simple guest tracking spreadsheet or CRM
- Ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality guests that align with our tone and audience
What We’re Looking For
- An outgoing, organized communicator who loves making connections
- Experience in podcasting, media outreach, or booking is preferred but not required
- Strong written communication and polite persistence
- Ability to evaluate if a guest would resonate with our 55+ audience
- Bonus: you already have relationships with thought leaders, senior influencers, or authors
Compensation
$50–$100 per confirmed guest or $25–$35 per hour, depending on the arrangement. Estimated 4–6 bookings/month to start.
