Suddenly Senior is developing a podcast featuring lively conversations with older adults, thought leaders, and cultural icons over 55 years old. We’re looking for a Podcast Guest Booker to help us find interesting people with stories worth sharing—whether they’re experts, entertainers, or everyday seniors with extraordinary wisdom.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research potential guests for our senior-focused podcast
  • Pitch the podcast and schedule interviews via email or social media
  • Coordinate booking details (tech needs, bios, headshots, scheduling)
  • Maintain a simple guest tracking spreadsheet or CRM
  • Ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality guests that align with our tone and audience

What We’re Looking For

  • An outgoing, organized communicator who loves making connections
  • Experience in podcasting, media outreach, or booking is preferred but not required
  • Strong written communication and polite persistence
  • Ability to evaluate if a guest would resonate with our 55+ audience
  • Bonus: you already have relationships with thought leaders, senior influencers, or authors

Compensation

$50–$100 per confirmed guest or $25–$35 per hour, depending on the arrangement. Estimated 4–6 bookings/month to start.
