We’re seeking a meticulous researcher who can track, summarize, and analyze government programs that are most relevant to seniors.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor updates related to Medicare, Social Security, Medicaid, and senior benefits
  • Translate policy changes into plain English for our editorial and writing teams
  • Assist in writing outlines or bullet points for articles based on your findings
  • Work closely with writers to ensure accuracy and clarity in published content
  • Contribute quick fact-checks and stats to newsletters or blog posts

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with U.S. government resources (e.g., SSA.gov, CMS.gov)
  • Ability to break down bureaucratic jargon into practical language
  • Comfort working with a remote editorial team
  • Background in journalism, public policy, or communications is a plus

Compensation

$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and efficiency. Estimated 5–10 hours/month to start.
