At Suddenly Senior, we help older adults stay informed, entertained, and connected. Our weekly email newsletter is a key part of that mission—delivering timely articles, fun facts, senior tips, and a dash of humor straight to inboxes across the country. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative curator to assemble, format, and schedule each issue.

What You’ll Do

  • Select the most engaging articles and resources each week
  • Write short headlines, summaries, or blurbs in a conversational tone
  • Ensure accessibility, readability, and a clean mobile format
  • Work with editors and designers to finalize layout and content
  • Track open rates, click-throughs, and engagement trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with newsletter platforms (like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar)
  • Good eye for headlines and content that resonates with a 55+ audience
  • Understanding of basic email marketing principles
  • Bonus: design/layout skills or past newsletter experience

Compensation

$200–$300 per month, depending on scope and frequency. Weekly or biweekly editions, depending on experience.
